Poetry Despite/Music Despite (Eternal War Requiem) at Chicago, IL

Join us for the Chicago premiere of Aaron Hughes' Poetry Despite/Music Despite (Eternal War Requiem). This award-winning multi-media project connects artists across time and place, from World War I to the current state of endless war, from the US to the Middle East. These connections acknowledge the recurring traumas of war and, conversely, the human connections that happen despite the trauma and pain.
