Race to Save the Wild West: Greater Yellowstone, Wyoming, & the Existential Threat-March 10, Wilson in Wilson on 10 March 2026
Tuesday, March 10, 2026, 1700 - 1900
Join neighbors and friends for a conservation conversation at The Old Wilson Schoolhouse led by Dr. Corinna Riginos and Charlotte Cadow of The Nature Conservancy Wyoming.

Corinna and Charlotte will discuss the widely recognized immediate need to fight the spread of cheatgrass in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem and across the Sagebrush Sea of the western United States.

Cheatgrass is like pouring gasoline on rangelands and wilderness. It alters fire cycles, transforms habitat, and endangers wildlife, making it one of the most far-reaching ecological threats in the region. Nonprofits, agencies, landowners, scientists, and supporters together can take thoughtful action now to stave off this threat, while contributing to important regional 2030 conservation outcomes.
