After tragically losing Jeremy, our family learned about the devastating impact of aortic disease, a condition that often goes undetected until it's too late. This is not just an "old person's illness"-it can affect young, seemingly healthy individuals with no warning. In his memory, we are committed to raising awareness of aortic dissection and funding for aortic research.
