Rush WI West Soccer Club Tryouts
Monday, June 2, 2025, 1730 - 1900
Rush WI West tryouts invite young athletes to grow their game and character
At Rush Wisconsin West's soccer club, young athletes gain more than soccer skills. They build confidence, friendships, resilience, and a sense of belonging that carries far beyond the field.
This summer, families across the Coulee Region have the opportunity to join that experience as Rush WI West opens registration for its 2025–2026 team tryouts, beginning Sunday, June 2. Registration is open through Thursday, May 30, at bit.ly/GrowYourGame.
"Our focus is on developing the whole player," said Scott Thesing, president of Rush WI West. "We want our athletes to grow technically and tactically, but just as importantly, we want them to build character, leadership, and a lifelong love for the game."
Rush WI West offers a structured, player-centered program backed by the resources of a national-level organization and elite-level coaching. The approach creates a positive playing environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and set up for long-term success.
All Rush WI West teams are led by professionally licensed USSF- and Rush-certified coaches. Each athlete is placed based on their individual potential, ensuring the right level of development opportunities at every stage.
Although part of the global Rush Soccer network, Rush WI West is locally managed, with leadership, coaching, and decision-making rooted in the Coulee Region. The club combines the strength of national resources with a strong commitment to local players and families.
"Rush WI West offers a community where players feel supported and valued, and where growth is measured by more than just wins," Thesing said. "We're proud of the environment we've built and excited to welcome new families for the upcoming season."
Tryouts are open to boys and girls ages 7 through 18. More information and registration details are available at bit.ly/GrowYourGame.
