You tolerate things you don't actually want to tolerate. Or you become so focused on understanding another person that you completely lose connection with your own truth.

And the hardest part is that self-abandonment can look like love, loyalty, compromise, or being a good woman.

In this talk, we'll explore how to recognize where you're abandoning yourself, what actually motivates this behavior, and how to interrupt the patterns that keep you overriding yourself.
