Spirit Halloween is Now Open at Flagstaff Mall

With costumes, decorations, games and more, Spirit Halloween is where you'll find all of the essentials for a Halloween to remember. The store is now open in the JCPenney wing, next to the mall's entertainment area. The store will be open daily through Halloween.
