Steel Magnolias the Play
Friday, March 20, 2026 -- Sunday, March 22, 2026, 1900 - 1830
LAUGH. CRY. FALL IN LOVE - ALL OVER AGAIN.
Friday March 6th - Sunday March 22nd
Step inside a small-town Louisiana beauty salon where big hair, bigger hearts, and unbreakable friendships take center stage. These unforgettable women may be "as delicate as magnolias, but as tough as steel," and together they face life's joys and heartbreaks with humor, grit, and grace.
This beloved 1987 Broadway hit - later immortalized in the iconic 1989 film starring Sally Field, Shirley MacLaine, Olympia Dukakis, Julia Roberts, Dolly Parton, and Daryl Hannah - spans three years in the lives of Truvy, Shelby, Annelle, M'Lynn, and Clairee. Their quick wit, fierce love, and Southern wisdom remind us that no one should ever have to cry alone.
Expect tear-jerking moments, out-loud laughter, and unforgettable lines you'll be repeating all the way home:
"I have a strict policy that nobody cries alone in my presence."
"I'm not crazy - I've just been in a very bad mood for forty years."
And at Cabaret on Main, you won't just watch the story - you'll feel like you're inside it, thanks to our breathtaking 280-degree immersive projection experience. Enjoy Premium Cabaret BYOB/BYOF table seating or choose standard theater seating and soak in this intimate, soul-stirring night of theater.
Whether you're a longtime fan or experiencing it for the first time, Steel Magnolias is a beautifully honest celebration of friendship, resilience, and the women who hold us together when life gets tough.
Tickets are limited - secure your seats now before they're gone!
