Stick Men w/ Tony Levin, Pat Mastelotto and Markus Reuter
Friday, April 17, 2026, 1930 - 2200
STICK MEN, featuring King Crimson members TONY LEVIN and PAT MASTELOTTO, together with musician/composer/inventor MARKUS REUTER. These musical legends and pioneers will be returning to Indianapolis on Friday April 17th, following their astonishing performance here at the Irving Theater in August of 2017 and April of 2022.
Stick Men is a powerhouse progressive rock trio featuring legendary musicians Tony Levin, Pat Mastelotto, and Markus Reuter. With a combined experience of over 100 million records sold worldwide, this supergroup brings unparalleled musicianship and innovation to every performance.
Tony Levin, renowned for his work with Peter Gabriel and King Crimson, is one of the most recorded bass players in music history. His mastery of the Chapman Stick, from which the band takes its name, allows him to cover both bass and guitar parts simultaneously.
Pat Mastelotto, drummer extraordinaire, is known for his tenure with King Crimson and chart-topping success with Mr. Mister. His unique setup combines acoustic drums with electronic elements, creating a rich tapestry of rhythms and textures.
Markus Reuter rounds out the trio with his self-designed touch-style guitar, pushing the boundaries of what's possible on a stringed instrument. His innovative approach complements the group's progressive sound.
Stick Men's music defies easy categorization, blending elements of Art Rock, Progressive Rock, and at times Progressive Metal and "Math Rock". Their live shows are a testament to their improvisational prowess, featuring extended jams that showcase each member's virtuosity.
The band also pays homage to their King Crimson roots by performing select pieces from that legendary group's catalog.
All-ages concert. All tickets are for seated admission. General admission seats, as well as a limited number of seats nearest the stage, are available to purchase online and at the door.
The band will be available after the concert to autograph merchandise purchased at their booth at the show, and pose for photos with ALL ticket purchasers. Every ticket buyer will be able to meet the band.
Stick Men continues to evolve and push the boundaries of progressive rock. Their unique instrumentation and combined centuries of experience make for an unforgettable live experience that will captivate audiences and leave them in awe of the trio's musical mastery.
Join us for an evening of musical exploration and energetic wizardry, seldom seen in Indianapolis. You need to see and hear STICK MEN in person to believe that rock music can challenge your brain while simultaneously move your feet to a new groove.
