Stolen Summers Tour in Phoenix
Thursday, October 23, 2025, 1700 - 1900
Extreme Weather Survivors (EWS) will bring its national storytelling and art installation, Stolen Summers, to Phoenix on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Cahokia Gallery in partnership with Chispa AZ, Grand Canyon Chapter of the Sierra Club, and Moms Clean Air Force.
Hosted at the Native-owned Cahokia Gallery in partnership with Chispa AZ, Moms Clean Air Force, and the Grand Canyon Chapter of the Sierra Club, Stolen Summers was developed in collaboration with Indigenous communities and spotlights survivors, artists, and advocates working at the front lines of the climate crisis.
The installation features nearly 80 feet of artwork created from survivor–artist collaborations, including stories from Arizonans impacted by record-breaking heat. Dr. Eugene Livar, Arizona's first Chief Heat Officer will deliver remarks.
