Strong Start Back-to-School Community Bash

Join Daughters of Both Suns, STAR Academy, New York Life, and Just Works Entertainment for the Strong Start Back-to-School Community Bash, a free family-friendly event dedicated to helping students and families prepare for a successful school year.

This exciting community event will bring together local nonprofits, businesses, educators, healthcare providers, and community organizations to provide valuable resources, information, and support for families throughout the Grand Strand.

Attendees can enjoy community resource vendors, educational information, family activities, entertainment, giveaways, raffles, and opportunities to connect with organizations serving children and families. Whether you're looking for school readiness resources, community programs, health and wellness information, or simply a fun day with your family, there will be something for everyone.

Our goal is to bring the community together, support local families, and help students start the school year with confidence and the resources they need to succeed.
