The North Shore Primary Care Network is holding the second Fine Art of Aging public conference on Friday, March 20th, 2026, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., at the Delbrook Community Recreation Centre. All are welcome to attend this FREE half-day event dedicated to providing valuable information on aging for seniors, their families, and caregivers. Learn how to age in place on your terms.

Hear directly from local family doctors and health professionals on topics that matter as we age, including:

- Strategies for healthy aging - balancing quality with quantity, exercise, nutrition and more
- Brain health and memory changes - understanding what's normal and when to seek support
- The importance of sleep in maintaining physical, emotional, and cognitive health
- Staying socially connected to support quality of life and longevity
- Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) - clear, thoughtful information to support informed conversations
