The LOVE EXPERIENCE is a fast, easy and enjoyable way to press the restart button on your own life by giving yourself a mega dose of self love. Self-love is the answer to every problem, whether it's a dependency, a health condtion, a loss of some kind, betrayal or trauma. Self-love is your guarantee the situation will get better, and that's a promise! Here are the four goals of THE LOVE EXPERIENCE:
GOAL #1: A new understanding of what it means to be a loving being.
GOAL #2: The rediscovery of your own worthines by always taking the time to know what YOU WANT!
GOAL #3: Asking for what you want. Asking is harder and trickier than it sounds, and this is where the seven new life-changing skills come in handy. Emphasis is on being love and asking for what you want "under fire".....the exact moment when you're being crossed, thwarted, frustrated, disappointed, blocked, put down or whatever. Bottom line: It's easy to be loving when things go your way, but it takes intention and skill when they don't. The inability to handle situations that don't go your way accounts for 90% of all guilt, depression, and every other feeling that takes you to the darkside. Hey, it's time to figute it out.
