The McCourt Foundation’s Neurological Symposium

The McCourt Foundation’s 2026 Neurological Symposium, a free resource for patients and caregivers navigating neurological diagnoses, returns Saturday, October 3, at the Marriott Boston Quincy Hotel, bringing together the community for a day of expert insight into neurological health.
Across two 90-minute sessions, you’ll hear updates on Multiple Sclerosis and Alzheimer’s disease, each including a 30-minute presentation followed by a one-hour Q AND A.
The morning session, beginning at 10am EST, will focus on Multiple Sclerosis, followed by a 12pm EST session on Alzheimer's disease. The program features leading physicians and researchers from our partner, Mass General Brigham.
