Through audio recordings, testimony from family members, and reporting from journalists and humanitarian workers, the narrative traces how Hind's cries for help and the event at rescue unfolded.
It is a stark reminder that behind every number every name there is a person, a child, a human being loved by their family, cherished and protected. We as the sole superpower in the world with an outsized involvement in this war must reckon with its human cost. Hind is the face of that reckoning.
