Tidings and Tinsel, A Holiday Home Tour of Downtown Morganton

Beginning at 12:00 PM on Saturday, December 9th, six properties on West Union Street, in downtown Morganton, will be open for ticket holders to tour until 5:00PM. Properties will be identified by a wreath and sign on the door. Tickets ($25 in advance and $30 the day of) are for sale through Historic Burke Foundation at historicburke.org, Thistle and Twig Shop, and Stitching Chicks Needlepoint Shop. Historic Burke Foundation, located at the Historic Burke County Courthouse, will be open from 12:00PM until 6:00PM and selling tickets on the day of the event. There will be homemade goodies and hot cider served all day at the Historic Burke County Courthouse, for ticket holders. Stitching Chicks Needlepoint will also be selling tickets on the day of the event.
