Time to Talk Teens and Tweens Thursday evening 7 - 9pm

Raising a teenager can feel like an uphill battle at times. It might feel quite lonely and isolating, especially if their behaviour or mental health is difficult.

This group is there to offer support and comfort and is funded by the National Lottery.

Come and get advice and support from other parents. It is a very relaxed space and there is no need to book, you can just turn up.

This is for you if your young person is struggling to manage big emotions, finding school difficult to attend, low in mood. Perhaps they have anxiety or difficulties with challenging behaviour. Whatever the situation we are here to listen.

You are not alone. No referral is needed, drop in whenever you want
