Valentine's Day Dinner at Olive and Hay - The Meritage Resort and Spa

Experience the essence of Napa's wine country as Olive and Hay invites you to an intimate Valentine's Day affair. A three-course prix fixe menu features expertly curated, exclusive wine pairings-elevated selections not typically offered by the glass-designed to enhance each course and create a seamless dining experience for $150. Surrounded by vineyard vistas and the glow of rustic elegance, let each course transport you and your loved one into a world where farm-fresh flavors and modern Italian artistry create a truly memorable evening.

Beyond the intimate Valentine's Day dinner at Olive and Hay, couples can enjoy a full spectrum of romantic offerings across The Meritage Resort and Spa property. Elevate your getaway with bespoke seasonal treatments at Spa Terra, Napa Valley's award-winning underground spa located in a serene estate wine cave. Spa Terra's "With Love Facial" delivers a radiant glow perfect for the season, and the "Wine Down Couples Massage" pairs a soothing full-body massage with mulled wine aromatics, Trinitas Cellars wine, and an immersive sound bath designed to deepen relaxation and connection. The seasonal menu also includes indulgent rituals such as a chocolate fondue hydrating body treatment, along with classic massages and facials tailored to your needs.

While at the resort, explore on-site wine tasting rooms just steps from your table to sample curated Napa vintages, stroll vineyard trails, or unwind poolside with handcrafted cocktails and scenic views. Throughout February, The Meritage's Month of Romance experience features special offers on romantic stays and curated activities, from spa credits to intimate moments designed for couples seeking memorable Valentine's celebrations.
