Vancouver Hong Kong Fair

With 80+ booths, cultural performances, immersive exhibits, and hands-on workshops, it's a full day of family fun, nostalgia, creativity and connection featuring disappearing traditional art forms to soundscapes, mahjong to mini makers. Join us in celebrating and preserving the culture that continues to shape the diasporic Hong Konger community - and invites others to discover it, too.

New and returning features this year include:
- A record 80+ booths by local and newcomer Hong Konger artisans, creators and small businesses in our cultural market - with many debuting new brands and handmade creations
- A mini Hong Kong minibus installation featuring crafts and surprises
- A "Traces of Hong Kong: Mapping Memories Through Sight and Scent" exhibit by Urban Poet
- A family corner with Familogue - a cluster of booths featuring "parent-and-kid vendors"
- Hands-on traditional paper crafting workshops, sharing techniques rooted in cultural heritage
- A community soundscape showcasing voices from the Canadian Hong Kong diaspora
- Immersive VR experiences that transport attendees to stories and cultural traditions
- An open outdoor stage featuring local and newcomer Hong Konger artists and performers
- Family-friendly activities like face painting and a Mother's Day photo booth
- Immersive cultural experiences inspired by Hong Kong's unique urban spaces and practices
- Hong Kong street food stalls
- Beginners and masters mahjong area

This year's fair reflects the deepening cultural connections between Hong Kong and Canada, fostering partnerships and storytelling that celebrate heritage, memory, and imagination.
