Vegan Valentine's Dinner

The American Vegan Society (AVS) will host a VALENTINE'S DINNER at Careme's in Mays Landing NJ on Thursday Feb 15 at 6:00pm. Culinary students will prepare and present a meal of exceptional quality under the guidance of Chef-Educators. These future masters of haute cuisine are learning to cook gourmet vegan! Chef Carl Colucci is planning the menu: Za'atar Spiced Hummus with House-Made Pita Chips; Romaine with Eggless Caesar, Croutons, Crispy Mushroom Chips; Eggplant Meatballs with Buckwheat Noodles topped with Gochujang, Sesame Seeds, Bok Choy; Shiitake Ramen in Asian Miso Broth; and Avocado Chocolate Pudding with Coconut Whipped Cream.
