Wellness Wonderland

This free public event brings together more than 50 local health, wellness, and fitness exhibitors to help attendees improve or jumpstart their wellness journey throughout the holiday season and into the new year! "Wellness Wonderland" is an opportunity to explore local wellness resources, connect with health professionals, and gain practical tools and advice for maintaining wellness during the busy holiday season and beyond.

The expo features an array of wellness experiences, including a 'Well Talk' series of expert speakers who will share tips and advice for improving physical, mental, and emotional health. The Keynote speaker is by Award-Winning Author, Chef, and Mediterranean Lifestyle Ambassador Amy Riolo - who will address how individuals can strengthen their overall health and wellness through a mindset change. Amy is the author of 22 books, including a new book released on September 29, "Managing Cholesterol for Dummies." In addition to cookbooks such as "Quick and Easy Mediterranean Recipes" and "Creating a Cookbook: How to Write, Publish and Promote Your Culinary Philosophy," Amy’s series of books is quite extensive with a focus on diabetes-friendly meals, desserts, and meal planning and nutrition.

The famous Vienna Princesses will make a "Super Heroes" appearance...your child's favorite Super Hero will do face paintings and interact with attendees. Families are encouraged to attend, as a variety of activities have been designed for children to help make wellness fun and engaging for all ages.
