Wembley Park Presents: Speaker Box Street Party
Saturday, August 29, 2026, 1200 - 1700
Join us in Wembley Park for a day of dance, music and happy vibes with the Speaker Box Street Party. A street dance marathon you can dip in and out of, five hours of music right in front of Wembley Stadium. No dancing skills (or shoes) needed - it's open to everyone. Drop in for one session or stay for the whole afternoon. Free entry, just book your spot and turn up whenever suits you.
One World, One Dance Floor - five sessions, five hours, no need to catch them all:
12:00-12:45 | Latin Social (15-minute DJ social dance to follow)
13:00-13:45 | Caribbean Vibes (15-minute DJ social dance to follow)
14:00-14:45 | Afro Celebration (15-minute DJ social dance to follow)
15:00-15:40 | Bollywood Grooves (15-minute DJ social dance to follow)
16:00-16:40 | Michael Jackson Birthday Celebration (mini workshop and dance showcase)
16:40-17:00 | Grand Finale Party
Make a full day of it with the Wembley Park Summer Market, taking place next door in Market Square on the same day. Browse handmade crafts, plants, gifts and treats, or stop for coffee and street food between dance sessions.
About the organisers: Speaker Box Street Party has been transforming streets and public spaces into open-air dance floors since 2017. Founded by artists and activists, its events bring people of all ages and backgrounds together through music, workshops and joyful group dancing. The team has worked with events and organisations including the UEFA Champions League Festival, RideLondon, TEDx NHS, Greenwich Peninsula and UNICEF Italia.
This is a family-friendly event and everyone is welcome whatever their age or ability. Wear comfortable clothing you can dance in, and feel free to dress up in something colourful to match the atmosphere. Entry is free but booking is required. Tickets do not guarantee entry, so we recommend arriving early. If the venue reaches capacity, entry will operate on a one in, one out basis.
