Winchester Farmers' Market

Winchester holds a special place in the history of Hampshire Farmers' Markets, as it was here that the very first Hampshire Farmers' Market took place in 1999. More than 25 years later, the market continues to champion local food, supporting independent producers while connecting customers with the people who grow, rear, bake and create the products they sell. Browse a wonderful selection of fresh, seasonal food and drink, including artisan breads, award-winning cheeses, free-range meats, fresh fish, seasonal fruit and vegetables, freshly baked cakes, honey, preserves, locally produced drinks and a variety of other Hampshire specialities. Every stall is run by the producers themselves, giving you the opportunity to buy directly from the source, ask questions and discover the stories behind the food you enjoy. With the magnificent Winchester Cathedral, independent shops, cafés and historic streets just moments away, the market is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a day exploring one of England's most beautiful cities. Whether you're shopping for fresh local produce, meeting friends for breakfast or discovering Winchester's rich history, you'll find a warm welcome and a true taste of Hampshire. By shopping at Winchester Farmers' Market, you're supporting local farmers, growers and artisan producers, helping to strengthen the local economy while enjoying fresh, seasonal produce with fewer food miles.
