Winter Extreme Ski and Board Sale, Rail Jam and Exhibition 2025 - Canadian Ski Patrol Fundraiser

Winter Extreme Ski & Board Swap Vancouver is the region’s largest ski and snowboard shopping weekend, operated by Canadian Ski Patrol volunteers to fund first aid training, rescue equipment, and year-round safety operations.

Browse thousands of new and used skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, goggles, outerwear, and accessories at event-only prices.

New this year: a Saturday Rail Jam, live DJs all week, and a licensed Beer Garden.

Outfit a growing family, replace a favorite setup, or start your first season while supporting the helpers who keep our mountains safe.

Beer Garden: Saturday 11:30 AM–4:30 PM and Sunday 11:30 AM–3:30 PM. Drinks must remain outside the swap area.

Why come early
Inventory moves quickly. Arrive near opening if you’re hunting for sizes, youth race gear, wide-last boots, unusual lengths, touring and splitboard setups, or outerwear. Wear thin socks for boot fitting, bring Mondo and DIN info if known, and snap photos of your current gear to compare.

Admission and passes
Your pass is valid for both days with in-and-out privileges; re-entry is allowed with a wristband. First Tracks passes provide the earliest access and the shortest lines. Family passes help keep costs low, and children five and under attend free.

Sunday Red Tag Sale
Return Sunday for additional savings: all items with red-bordered price tags receive an extra twenty-five percent off at checkout.

Policies and accessibility
Large bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the sale area; please use bag and coat check. Strollers are welcome. Service animals are permitted. Be respectful of volunteers and guests; abusive behavior is not tolerated. Photography and filming may occur; attendance implies consent for event documentation. The PNE Forum is wheelchair accessible.

Getting here
Choose transit, rideshare, walking, or cycling when possible. Bike racks are near the entrance. Vehicle parking is available through PNE gates off Renfrew Street and Bridgeway Street with posted rates. Accessible parking is through Gate 2.

Consigning your gear (public)
Turn old gear into someone else’s favorite setup. Public consignment check-in is Friday, October 17, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM at the PNE Forum. Bring clean, serviceable items. We price for a weekend sale at attractive discounts and sell on consignment for this event only. Commission is twenty percent on items sold. Unsold items must be picked up after the event from our retail partner during the stated window; unclaimed items after the deadline are considered donated to Canadian Ski Patrol. Payouts are issued promptly after reconciliation.

Rail Jam and safety
The Rail Jam runs Saturday only. Dedicated viewing zones and emcees will call out tricks, with prizing for standout runs. Spectators must remain behind marked barriers. Riders must wear helmets and complete the required waiver.
