3 Years in Bloom Birthday Slow Flow + Massage + Open House.

Bloom is turning THREE, and we're celebrating with an afternoon of complimentary movement, restoration, and community.

Join us on Sunday, September 13 for our 3 Years in Bloom Birthday Slow Flow + Massage + Open House.

And yes - both the yoga class and the chair massages are FREE.

From 2:30-3:30 PM, join us for a complimentary Birthday Slow Flow.

This beginner-friendly practice will be centered around gratitude for where we've been, appreciation for where we are, and making space for what's still to come.

No membership or class pass is needed. Just bring yourself, get on the mat, and celebrate with us.

Then after class, stay and receive.

From 3:30-6:00 PM, our Birthday Open House continues with complimentary chair massages.

Take a seat, relax your shoulders, release some tension, and experience a taste of the bodywork services now growing at Bloom.

Chair massages will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We'll also have:

Specialty Bloom tea

Snacks and birthday treats

Tours of our new massage space

Time to meet and connect with the Bloom team

Birthday giveaways

Special 3 Years in Bloom membership and wellness offers

You're welcome to join us for the entire afternoon or stop by for the Open House.

Whether you've practiced with us for years, haven't visited in a while, or have never stepped into Bloom before, we would love to celebrate with you.

Come move. Come breathe. Stay and receive.

With love,

The Bloom Yoga Family
