Conscious Yoga for Pregnancy and Fertility

In this class you will practice breathwork, movement, and meditation to support you as you grow emotionally and physically with your pregnancy.
Your teachers, Jayna Turchek and Dalilah Rain, are moms. They know where you're at.
They share multiple variations for each posture to best meet you where you are in your pregnancy.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, blanket and mat if you have them.
Those preparing to conceive are welcome.
No experience necessary.

Get into the continuity of the practice, join the community for this spring series; but if that’s not happening, dropping in is totally ok.
Suggested rate per class $8, no one turned away based on ability to pay. Pre-reg recommended, cash at the door ok too. Co-create this offering via a tax deductible donation to cover the actual cost.
Park and enter via the upper lot on State Street, between the two churches. Enter via door marked "Unity Hall"
