Hayley Mulenda Record, also known professionally as Hayley Mulenda, is an international keynote and TEDx speaker, author and change agent whose work has included Google, Microsoft, JPMorgan and the UK Cabinet Office.
Dr Raphael Sofoluke is a serial entrepreneur, author and Founder and CEO of the UK Black Business Show and UK Black Business Week.
Cllr Princess Bright Olaifa is a councillor, former Mayor of Barking and Dagenham and community advocate.

Ibukun Awosika joins Influence exclusively for the Roundtable Talk.
An entrepreneur, corporate board leader, executive coach and author, she founded The Chair Centre Group and became the first female Chairperson of First Bank of Nigeria.
