Mint Cannabis Hosts On-the-Spot Job Interviews Thursday, Aug. 14 for Dispensary Positions

Mint Cannabis, a leading multi-state dispensary operator, is hosting a hiring event this Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025, to fill more than 25 positions at its Valley locations in Tempe, Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, El Mirage, and soon-to-open Buckeye.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card with the State of Arizona, and apply online in advance. After reviewing applications, the Mint’s hiring team will contact qualified candidates with event location details and schedule interview times.

During the event, applicants will have the opportunity to participate in on-the-spot job interviews - with qualified candidates receiving offers the same day.

Assistant Store Manager (Northern)
Inventory Team Lead and Team Members (Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Tempe, 75th Ave)
Retail Leads (El Mirage, Buckeye, Tempe)
Admin Team Member (Cave Creek)
