The New Year is upon us. Traditionally it's a special time to reflect on how we can improve our life, our behavior and accomplish our personal goals for the year. Buddha taught that our human life is immensley meaningful with almost limitless potential. So why not take advantage of this opportunity to change in the most powerful way we can, not just for this year but for all our years to come!
