Wednesday, February 28, 2024, 1830 - 2030
Welcome to this unique self-love offering

This workshop will be a transformative and empowering journey led by Leela; an experienced facilitator, Holistic Stress Coach, Death Doula, and Yoga Teacher.
In this workshop, you'll be guided through a deep dive into the hidden parts of yourself, utilizing the powerful tools of "parts work", mindfulness exercises, supportive partner work, breathwork, somatic movement, journaling prompts and an option mushroom microdose, all designed to access your inner "parts".
Through these exercises, you'll be invited to unravel layers of negative beliefs, self-sabotaging habits, and other aspects that may be holding you back from true self-acceptance.

If you're looking to kick self-doubt and are wanting to show up as your true, authentic self, then this is the workshop for you.

What to Expect:

Parts Work and Mindfulness: Learn to navigate the intricate landscape of your inner self through the transformative practice of "parts work." Uncover hidden aspects, confront negative beliefs, and bring mindfulness to the parts that require healing.

Holistic Approach: Dive into your subconscious with a well-rounded workshop that includes:

- Parts Work (identifying the different parts of yourself, where they come from, etc.)
- Journaling (using self-reflection to understand limiting self-beliefs)
- Pranayama (Breathwork) designed to feel into these "parts" of you.
- Light yoga (accessible for all bodies regardless of physical abilities, injuries or age.)
- Mindfulness practices for calming the body and mind/stress reduction.
- Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation).
- Visualization practices (feeling into the "parts" of yourself).
- Somatic movement for processing emotions.
- Trauma-sensitive mindfulness practices.
- Partner work to connect deeper with these parts.
- Optional mushroom microdose (very small amount). Sponsored by BrightFuture.

Self-Reflection and Growth: Engage in introspective activities designed to promote self-reflection, self-discovery, and personal growth. Embrace the opportunity to cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and nurture a compassionate relationship with all "parts" of you.

Empowerment and Transformation: By the end of this workshop, you'll have gained practical tools to dismantle self-sabotaging habits, challenge negative beliefs, and embark on a journey toward profound self-love and acceptance.

(Optional) Mushroom Microdose: This event is sponsored by a local Microdose company who will be providing us with small microdoses to enhance the experience of breathwork and movement. However, it is completely optional with no pressure whatsoever. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
