Six-Week Beginners Yoga Course 2026

Our six-week beginners' course is the perfect place to start your yoga journey. In a friendly and supportive environment, you'll learn the foundations of Iyengar yoga with some of the UK's most experienced teachers.

Across six weekly classes, you'll build confidence, develop your understanding of key postures and alignment, and establish a strong foundation for your ongoing practice.
