Sound Healing with Robin

This deeply restorative sound bath is designed to guide you into the calm, dreamlike rhythm of the Theta brainwave state-the space between waking and sleep where the nervous system softens and the body begins to rest.

Through layered tones from crystal singing bowls and gongs, you'll be invited to slow down, settle in, and let go of the mental noise of the week. This is passive healing at it's finest: time set aside to reset physically, mentally, and emotionally without needing to do anything at all.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow, as well as any comfort items to help you get cozy. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you into rest.

Payment installment plans are always available at checkout.
